[Kolab-devel] [issue4655] Port remaining changes between 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 to default

Some changes done between 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 were not ported to HEAD.
release-notes.txt (compare 2.2.3-to-2.2.4 section between 2.2-stable and
default) is the canonical place where you can check which changes are still missing.
