[Kolab-devel] [issue4605] Roundup needs versions

Not only the selection of components must be obligatory but also the selection
of the version of the product. Therefore, the issue tracker must have a list of
components per product version. Versions are needed for reporting, tracking
regressions, targeting milestones and other advanced development & support
process management oddities.
