[Kolab-devel] [issue4674] Webclient does not show subscribed calendars

The webclient in kolab 2.2.4 does not show the calendars I have subscribed in
Konact. 

Actual behavior:
1. I go to "Manage Calendars", right click on the subscription URL of my
calendar and copy it to the clipboard
2. Then I "Subscribe to a remote calendar", paste the URL there and exchange the
local part of the email address. After entering username and password I am
subscribed to the calendar and can enable it.

Problems:
1. Very hackish
2. Does not scale. Imagine you have to do this for 50 Users.
3. Does not work for nested calendars as there is no way to guess the URL for them.

Expected behavior:
The webclient should by default automatically show all calendars one subscribed.
