[Kolab-devel] [issue4670] S/MIME opaque signed email without smime-type parameter suboptimal display

Tested with enterprise35 20101112.1196042: 
(found after testing of issue2183 and issue3577)

- send S/MIME opaque signed email with Kontact
- save email as mbox file
- edit mbox: remove smime-type parameter ("smime-type=signed-data;")
- open modified mbox file with e35

=> email looks like an encrypted email (blue body lines). => Wrong!

After clicking on encode message link: email looks right (signed email with
green body lines.)
