[Kolab-devel] [issue4398] Cannot add a event to a shared calendar folder with "append" rights

tested with Kontact 20100521.1129112-kk1

Test:
1. A shares a calendar folder with B with append rights.
2. A syncs, B syncs.
3. B creates a new event and tries to add it to the append rights folder.
=> This fails.
The user expects that he can add events to this folder.
