tested with kontact e35 20100507.1125096-kk2

Test:
1.Start to create a new invitation.
2. Add a local distribution list.
3. Remove one attendee from the dist list attendees.
4. Press Okay.
=> A dialog appears: an attendee was removed from the list, should a mail sent
to the user, too?
5. Press send mail.
This dialog should not appear in this case. I created a new event.
(The  user will misunderstand it and will press the wrong button.
He don't want to send to the removed user.)
This is different to the add/remove single user behavior.
