Nope and this is not required to distribute your package as PEAR package.

No, the tree you currently have in SVN (Kolab_Zpush/lib) is fine. You
do not have much of a class structure in there at the moment so any
further directories are not really needed. This could evolve further
over time but I don't think it is necessary at the moment.

You released the code under the GPL so it should be "GPL".

Your own name for now. It does not really matter that much as we don't
distribute the package over a real PEAR channel. We just offer it for
download.
