[Kolab-devel] [issue4371] Decryption with kgpg(rt#5667)

Test:
1. Encrypt a txt file with gpg.
2. Send a mail with the encrypted asc attachment to the test account.
3. Click on the attachment.
4. Click on Open with kgpg.
5. Enter the passphrase.
=> the decrypted attachment is somewhere in /tmp/kde-<user>
The user expects that after decrypting the attachment it is opened with a
choosen program. Or (minimal) that he is informed about the path to the
decrypted file.

Please estimate first.
