tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

The customer wishs for a "set to 100%" button/checkbox in the edit task dialog.
At the moment the user needs to set an task to 100% with the popup list. With
this new checkbox setting to 100% should work with one click.

Please estimate first.
