tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100326.1107649-kk1 

Sometimes it is not possible to delete a folder.

Test:
1. Create a new folder.
2. Change the name of the folder.
3. Sync.
=> The user cannot delete the folder,because the option is grayed out. 
I didn't expct this.
