The customer wishs for another mail archive option.
At the moment the folders could be completely removed.
The option " remove mails from folders, but don't remove the folders" should be
added.

Test:
1. Switch to the mail component.
2. RMB on a folder->archive mail...
=>Mail archive dialog apperas. 

Please estimate first.
