[Kolab-devel] [issue4261] Wish: Print whole day events at top of a day print.

Print a events in day mode. At the moment whole day events are displayed in the
agenda, too. The customer wishs, that these whole day events are displey at the
top of the print(under the the date) and no longer in the agenda. This should
save space for the time associated events.

Please estimate first.
