tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100312.1103167-kk5

Test:
1. A invites B and C.
2. B and C accept.
3. B changes the event.
(He is not asked, if he wants to send update mails)
=> C gets an update mail from B, that the organizor had changed the event.
=> But A is not informed about the changed event.
4. C records this into his calendar.
Broken in many ways.

I think this is created by kolab/issue4096. Anyway this is broken.
B should only change the event locally. No update mail should be sent.
