[Kolab-devel] [issue4211] Self test comes up in background after start up

Tested with Kleo 2.0.14 (Windows):

Start Kleopatra.
-> After splashscreen the self test appears (because one libkleopatrarc error
under windows) in _background_!

Note: This issue describe the background problem not the self test error.
