I see reproducible crashes when one user tries to create appointments for
himself, and inviting a shared "info" calendar.  The appointment is added to his
personal calendar, but he also gets a postmaster message with subject
"Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" saying

<info at my-domain.com>: Command died with status 255: "/kolab/bin/php"

The file /kolab/var/kolab-filter/log/fatal.log contains a message

PHP Catchable fatal error:  Argument 1 passed to DOMNode::appendChild() must be
an instance of DOMNode, null given, called in
/kolab/lib/php/Horde/Kolab/Format/XML.php on line 798 and defined in
/kolab/lib/php/Horde/DOM.php on line 397

The related log entries in /kolab/var/kolab-filter/log/filter.log are attached.

The server is a self-compiled Kolab 2.2.3 on Ubuntu/Hardy x86_64.  The user
triggering the crash uses Outlook 2007 w/ the Toltec connector.  I think I
should also add here that I am able to create the similar appointment, including
the invitation for the "info" account", with Kontact.  Also, an other user using
the same versions of Outlook and Toltec has no problems with this.
