[Kolab-devel] [issue4197] Conflict in matching of email addresses doesn't open certificate select dialog

Tested with Gpg4win 2.0.2-rc2:
- Import OpenPGP certificate (a)
- Import X.509 certificate (b)
- (a) and (b) have the same email address (c) - e.g. gpg4winusera at test.hq

Test 1: Send an _encrypted_ email address to (c) with GpgOL
=> No certificate select dialog was shown! Expected because matching of email
address should bring a conflict - there are tho matching certificates: (a) and (b).
Receive and encrypt the mail
=> pinentry ask for passphrase of (b) = SMIME!

Test 2: Send an _signed/encrypted_ email address to (c) with GpgOL
=> No certificate select dialog! Pinentry ask for passphrase of (b) = SMIME!
