The user wants that an alarm of a task/todo without a starttime should appears
before the end of the task as default, and not at the start.

Test:
1. Switch to the todos.
2. Start to create a new todo.
3. Just set an endtime (not a starttime)
4. Set alarm on.
=> Wait for the alarm, but the alarm doesn't appear, because the default in the
alarm dialog is "before the start". In this case (no starttime/date) it should
be "before the end".
If a starttime/date is in place, it should be "before the start".
