[Kolab-devel] [issue4441] Cannot add a new local subfolder from the import archive dialog(rt#6177)

tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100625.1142630-kk1

Test:
1. File-> Import Messages...
2. Press Continue (use KMailarchive)
3. Open the folder filedialog.
4. Try to add a new folder to the local folders.
Actual behaviour:
If I select the local folder entry, the action: "add new subfolder"
will be greyed out.
Expected behaviour:
It is possible to select the local folder entry and create a subfolder.

Please estimate first.
