Many thanks for testing 2.2.4!

As I just wrote in the issue:
This is only fixed in HEAD, not in kolab_2_2_branch, so it is
expected to still be present in above packages.

During my final tests I found and reported some other problems, but
as those are not a regression from 2.2.3 they will not delay the
2.2.4 release.
