Test:
1. A invites B.
2. B accepts.
3. A moved the event.
4. B accepts.
5. A looks at the second update mail.
Actual behaviour:
The second update mail contains an entry:
* user A is removed from the attendee list.
Excepted behaviour:
This entry shouldn't be in the update mail.
This seems to be just a failure in the update mail text. So just priority: bug.
