Scenario:
Recipient A only has an OpenPGP certificate.
Recipient B only has an S/MIME certificate.

Steps:
1. Compose a new message To: A, BCC: B
2. Send, and ok all warnings (if any), and select certificates (if any).
-> two messages are created (expected)
=> but they have different message-ids (bug)
