tested with  Kontact e35 kdepim   20100604.1134431-kk1

Test:
Req: A has shared his calendar folder with B with write rights.
     B has the calendar in his resource list.
     B uses side-by-side view
1. A changes B rights of the calendar folder to read only and syncs.
2. B creates a new event in A's calendar folder.
=> The new event is moved to lost and found, but the readonly folder can still
be seleted.(failure)
3. B selects a area in A's calendar folder.
4. B press on new event.
=> the event is entered into the lost and found folder.(failure)
