tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100723.1153627-kk1

If a user tries to send a S/MIME encrypted mail to an address without
certificate, a key selection dialog with a blue search for external certificates
in the header appears.

The customer wants that there is also a button "Search for external
certificates" next to "Reread keys" button at the bottom.

Please estimate first.
