[Kolab-devel] [issue4482] Horde gives a bad response on password too similar

The default horde password policy prohibits a new password from being too
similar (>80% similar) to the old one or to your username.

However, where the code refuses such a password, it gives an error of

  Your new password is too simple to guess!  Not changed!

which is misleading.  

Attached is a one-line patch which gives a better error in this instance.
