[Kolab-devel] [issue4480] Wish: all activated kontact plugins should be configurable with "Configure Kontact..."(rt#6192)

tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100716.1150620-kk1

Test:
1. Open Configure kontact dialog.
2. Select change components.
3. Add KArm and Feeds.
4. Press Ok.
=> In the Kontact configuration dialog aren't any entries for KArm and Feeds.

The customer expects that all components, which can be activated, can be
configured with the Settings->Configure kontact... dialog.

Please estimate first and wait on an ok.
