Import of crl failed.

Tested with:
* Kleopatra v0.40 (+ gnupg 2.0.14): 
  File > Import CRLs...
* gnupg 2.0.14: 
  $ gpgsm --call-dirmngr loadcrl <file.crl>
* Kleopatra v2.1.0 (+ gnupg 2.0.15): 
  Tools > Import CRL From File ...

Select attached sample crl file (in DER format).
=> Error: "gpgsm: response of dirmngr: Nicht gefunden"
