The customer reported, that sometimes a shared calendar folder loses its
calendar folder type and its events are not displayed in the calendar. So the
users missed events.

It seems like the ContentsType in the folder configuration file (kmailrc)
switchs from 1 to 0 and back. The rest of the configuration seems ok.
(I think 1 is the event type)

Allen, please look at the code, which handles the folder configuration esp. the
ContentsType. Thanks.
