New submission from Gavin McCullagh <gavin.mccullagh at gcd.ie>:

Hi,

I have empty files in /etc/postfix/canonical and /etc/postfix/relocated. Every
time kolabconf gets called, those source files get recreated by kolab but they
don't get recompiled into their equivalent .db files.

This causes these regular, spurious errors in the log files:

Jul 01 14:44:41 paidi <warning> postfix/smtpd[27629]: warning: database
/kolab/etc/postfix/canonical.db is older than source file
/kolab/etc/postfix/canonical

Jul 01 14:44:41 paidi <warning> postfix/trivial-rewrite[27630]: warning:
database /kolab/etc/postfix/relocated.db is older than source file
/kolab/etc/postfix/relocated

It would be better if either:

1. These files are only recreated where they've changed
2. The postmap command is run every time they get written to.

I know it's not a big problem, but when you're trying to scan logs, several
thousand extra warning lines is a pain.

Gavin
