It should be possible to add a event into many calendar resources with the
creation of the event.

Test:
Req two calendar resources activated.
1. Switch to calendar.
2. Create a new event.
=> Choose resource dialog pops up.
With this choose calendar resource dialog it should be possible to enter the
event into more than one calendar resource.
