tested with Kontact e35 20100122.1078643-kk1

If in the attach file dialog a different directory is selected, the next time
the the attach dialog will be opened, the default directory is the before
seleted directory.
If the directory no longer exists, an error msg is shown. But in this case
kontact should use the user's home directory instead. (After a restart of
kontact, this directory is used.)

Please estimate first.
