[Kolab-devel] [issue4681] sent again a S/MIME encrypted mail not encrypted breaks Content type

Test:
1. Send a S/MIME encrypted mail to the test account.
2. Select the "sent-mail" folder.
3. RMB on the test mail and choose "Send again..."
=> A composer opens.
4. Deactivate the encryption... 
5. ...and send the mail.
6. Look at the mail.
=> The mail contains the text as plain text, but has Content Type
"application/pkcs7-mime" and the mail is not correctly displayed in Kontact.
