[Kolab-devel] [issue4522] rc kolabd restart does not work properly

root at mail1:/# /kolab/bin/openpkg rc kolabd restart
OpenPKG: restart: kolabd.

The restart does not actually take effect.  If you manually stop, and then 
start in 2 steps :

root at mail1:/# /kolab/bin/openpkg rc kolabd stop
OpenPKG: stop: kolabd.
root at mail1:/# /kolab/bin/openpkg rc kolabd start
OpenPKG: start: kolabd.

Then it seems to work just fine.
