[Kolab-devel] [issue4519] Improve initialize smart card process with Kleopatra

Tested with gpg4win-2.1.0-svn1497 + kdepim1162097:

- Install Gpg4win
- Start Kleopatra
- Insert SmartCard (NetKey)
=> If Kleo detects smart card the Kleo system tray icon begins to blink.
- Click on blinking smart card icon.
=> learn-card (gpgsm) process starts but user gets no feedback.
- Click again on smart card icon
=> An other gpgsm process starts. 
After some clicks on smart card icon Kleo doesn't react.

Some usability improvements are required:
a) Kleo should show dialog with progress bar while learn-card process is running.
b) If learn-card command has read/imported all smart card certificates, Kleo
should show state message with e.g. "learn-card was successfully" + list of
imported certificates.
c) The smart card icon has to stop blinking when learn-card progress starts.
d) A click at the blinking smart card icon should trigger the learn-card process
only _one_ time. It should be not possible to start a new (parallel running)
learn-card process.
