If you login to the kolab admin interface (v2.2.4) using w3m and attempt to
modify a user, when you submit changes the response you get is:

Errors:
UID xxxxxxxxxxxxxx collides with an address already used for another user, a
vCard or a distribution list.

This suggests to me that the checkuid() function is being called and returning
false, even though it probably shouldn't. At a guess, this might be because the
hidden field action=create is not being seen properly.

This could be a bug in w3m or it could indicate a subtle logical bug somewhere
in the PHP or HTML which w3m is exposing. w3m tends to be pretty strict compared
to the mainstream browsers.  This might be worth looking at in case it shows a
bug in Kolab.
