[Kolab-devel] [issue4491] Missing images from default DIMP theme

Hi,

in kolab v2.2.3, there seem to be two images missing from the DIMP web tree. 
The images are for the opening page in the email display pane.  

File does not exist:
/kolab/var/kolab/www/client/dimp/themes/silver/graphics/key_up.png
File does not exist:
/kolab/var/kolab/www/client/dimp/themes/silver/graphics/key_down.png

This causes me to get the above logs and causes the users to get a mysterious
suggestion that:

  The following keyboard shortcuts are available:
  / : Move up/down through the message list.

There should be images either side of the first / character.
