[Kolab-devel] [issue4344] Wish: default path to audio files directory should be configurable (rt#6134)

The customer wishs that he can globally configure a file path to the audio files
directory. At the moment the Files open dialog opens the last opened dir.

This configuration should work for the Open Files dialog in:
E-Mail->Settings->Configure Notification...>Play a sound
Advanced alarm dialog->Audio> Audio file.

Please estimate and wait on an okay.
