tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

The customer wants to drag and drop a mail attachment with clicking on the icon
of the attachment. This should work.

Test:
1. Open a kontact and a konqueror.
2. Change to the mail component.
3. Select a mail with attachment.
4. Click on the attachment icon in the mail text or the header.
5. Try to drag and drop to the konqueror.
=> It doesn't work. Nothing happens.
