Yesterday I encountered many conflicts while D'n'D and Cut/Paste to-dos. I am
not sure why this happened. Perhaps it was an effect of some kind of system stress. 
Today I couldn't reproduce the problem.

Allen, please have a look into the code, if some problems appear under system
stress.
