[Kolab-devel] [issue4315] Add attachment for event/task: Store inline should be set by default

Add attachment for an event/task:

Option "store attachment inline" should be active by default.

Users forget to activate this option when they invite other attendees. Then the
attendees can't open this attachment - because it's a link only.
