Umlauts are defect in menu/button/tooltip:
* outlook2007 > email composer > Add-Ins: "Nachricht verschl_ü_sseln"
* outlook2007 > email reader > Add-Ins: "GpgOL Entschl_ü_sseln/Pr_ü_fen"; "Dies
ist eine verschl_ü_sselte Nachricht..."

Tested with GpgOL 1.1.1 (gpg4win 2.0.2).
