Sometimes a gpgsm process hangs. Kleopatra shows the active "stop operation"
toolbar button. No crypto operations possible.
Workaround: kill gpgsm process and restart crypto operation

A first analysis:

* gpg4win-svn1371
simple to reproduce: press ca. 10 times "F5" key -> gpgsm process hangs

* gpg4win-2.0.2-rc2
difficult to reproduce: observed 2 times in 1h that gpgsm process hangs, maybe
after automatical keylisting

* gpg4win-2.0.1
no reported gpgsm problem
