[Kolab-devel] [issue4292] Wish: Storing a new event or task: resource and resource folder dialogs should be merged into one dialog

Test:
Req: a file resource, a kolab resource with two folders.
1. Switch to the calendar.
2. Create a new event.
=> resource dialog apear.
3. choose the kolab resource.
=> resource folder dialog appears.
4. choose a resource folder.
=> the event is created.

The user expects these two dialogs to be merged into one dialog:
Choose Resource and resource folder (e.g.):
Resource 1
Resource 2/Folder 1
Resource 2/Folder 2
etc. 

Anyway: subtask should be stored into the same resource of the parent.
It should be possible to allow to set a default selection of the resource.
