[Kolab-devel] [issue4288] Wish: "sign this key locally" checkbox in key ialog while sending openpgp mail

In the key dialog this checkbox should appear by unsigned keys. If it is
checked, before sinding the mail, the key should be locally signed.

At the moment signing keys needs some clicks with kleopatra.
