[Kolab-devel] SOLVED: Upgrade problem Kolab 2.2.0 -> 2.2.2 - Doc-upgrade needed?

An issue for this already exists and since I have done some more
updates of this kind during the past weeks I should now be able to
write a generic documentation for this.
