[Kolab-devel] [issue3926] Start khelpcenter instead of webbrowser help: from the introduction/welcome screen (rt#5881)

Under the "help" menu there are two choices:

a) "Kontact Handbook" which opens the khelpcenter
b) "Kontact Introduction" which gets someone to the welcome screen
    were you can read: "Read Manual", which will open konqueror
    
What would be the effort to make Read Manual also open the khelpcenter?
Please estimate.
