observed with Kontact e4 windows 20091002-2

Test:
1. Start Kontact /Switch to todos
2. Create three tasks.
3. Sync.
4. Delete the three test tasks.
=> todos list is empty.
5. Sync.
6. Switch to mail part
7. IMAP troubleshooting-> Recreate cache.
8. Switch back to the tasks.
=> Some tasks reappears.
