[Kolab-devel] [issue3980] Copying a groupware folder needs a restart before its type is detected.

When copying a folder structure that includes a groupware folders,
the type of the groupware folder in the target will not get recognised
immedeately. After a restart it is.

Reproduced with 
Version: 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20091113.1048602-kk2~patched

Found while testing for kolab/issue3747 (Better archiving function for a branch 
(subtree) of folders (rt#5817))
