[Kolab-devel] [issue3974] Clicking on an ics/vcs-attachment doesn't import or display the events of the attachment(rt#5812)

observed with Kontact e35 20091113.1048602-kk1

Test:
1. Export an ics or vcs calendar file.
2. Create a mail with this file as attachment.
3. Look at this mail
4. Double click or RMB->open this ics/vcs attachment.
=> Kontact switches to korganizer, but doesn't display or import the events of
this file.
I think in this case it should be asked, if this file should be imported.
And then imported, if answered with yes.

Please estimate and wait on okay before implementing it.
