[Kolab-devel] [issue3971] Users dislike the "Cannot edit attachment" error message(rt#5908)

Test:
1. Open an composer.
2. Add an png attachment.
3. Double click on the attachment 
4. Select a fitting view program.
=> An error message: "Cannot edit attachment" appears.
Users dislike this error message. Remove it or make it configurable that it
doesn't appear in this case. (Checkbox with: Don't show this message again).
