New submission from Sascha Wilde <wilde at intevation.de>:
The two variables to configure the text inserted during rewrite of
untrusted from headers are:
$conf['kolab']['filter']['untrusted_subject_insert']
$conf['kolab']['filter']['unauthenticated_subject_insert']
both contain the phrase "subject_insert" but the text is not inserted
into the subject but into the from header.
The quick fix would be to rename them. But thinking of it I start to
wonder whether the subject might be actually a better place to put
this quite verbose information...
